Over-night Replacements - BlueWave Broadband has a unique program offering over-night replacement assemblies, for out-of-service radios. Extended warranty includes priority overnight service within the continental USA. Ask for details about this program.

 

Software / Hardware Upgrades

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add extra performance to your radio - Software upgrades will periodically be available to add features and options. Hardware upgrades are available to add new interfaces, increase the number of T1 circuits, or Ethernet port capacity.

 

Out of Warranty Repairs

Spare Rental Service - A more affordable repair service is available by prequalifying for the deposit and 30-day rental for a spare assembly, while yours is being repaired. There is a small annual charge for this service, and provides a discount on the flat-rate repair charge.

Standard Out of warranty repairs - Repairs are available for equipment out of warranty on a flat-rate basis. Typical turn-around time is 3 to 4 weeks, plus transportation time. Assemblies requiring repair are returned to the original manufacturing facility and are remanufactured to original specifications. Prices are available upon request.
